MINISTRY LEADERS SWOT MEETING & 2018 PLANNING

January 1, 2018 – Ministry leaders of River of Life Cainta Church gathers for a two-day SWOT meeting and 2018 planning at Cityland Prime Residence, Tagaytay City.

SWOT analysis is a yearly activity of ministry leaders wherein the goal is to determine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats the will affect the future works of each ministry and the whole River of Life Cainta Church. This is also conducted as part of the overall planning process in which goals and visions are set for the upcoming year and strategies are created to accomplish these goals.

Prior to the start of the meeting, Pastor Jeffrey Datangel emphasized about two things that the team will work for 2018. These are initiative and collaboration. According to him, initiative is what the individual needs to start something and collaboration is needed since one cannot do church goals alone.

The meeting was divided into two sessions. During the first session, each ministry leader has given a time to present a brief status of their ministry covering the year 2017. They also discussed what are the S,W,O,T of their ministry. The second session focused on the action plan and strategies of each ministry for the year 2018. Everyone presented plans that the group agreed upon.
