Pastor Doug Kelley inspired everyone to be a dreamer and not a doubter as the River of Life Churches held the Joint Service at New Hope Church, Brookside, February 17, Sunday.
The said event started with a praise and worship led by Dra. Joanne Gallardo together with the worship team from ROL Cainta, Angono and Dividend wherein everyone glorified how enormous God is.
It was followed by an offering time preceeded by the Pastor's Wife, Eleonor Datangel that encouraged the people to offer what they have as another form of worshipping the Lord.
After that, the preaching took place and Pastor Doug said, "I'll give you words that will change your lives because God changed mine." He then introduced Pastor Ian from Great Britain that talked about his church in his country.
" Our church in Great Britain was small and at the outskirts of the big city. We've seen the church grew in the past few years and we've also watched how the number of people declined by 11%. It breaks my heart to see that because I want the people to know about Jesus but there's a battle happening. " He said.
"Even though we've seen people leave the established church, those who love Jesus are still many. God's alive and no one can stand against. " He added.
Moreover, the ordination of Pastor Jon Villamor was spearheaded by Pastor Doug. He welcomed Pastor Jon to the fraternity of "fools" because they've surrendered everything to Jesus. He then declared blessings to the newly established ROL Angono.

"We believe that God is a big God. We believe in healing. We believe in a big cross. We believe in miracles. Dreamers are God's miracle workers but you have to be tested to be a miracle worker. " He said.
"Everybody was called to be somebody. Somebody special, somebody to share God and somebody to love God. We are all ordinary but surely, we'll become somebody. " He added.
Pastor Doug also talked about the first and second mile wherein he said that the first mile is mandatory, it is a law but the second mile is a grace of God. "The second mile is a miracle mile. God wants us to go the second mile because the victory is in it. Jesus went to the second mile for you and me. I'm challenging you all to be a second mile believer. "
After the preaching, the newly ordained Pastor Jon led a prayer for the souls who received Jesus as their God and Savior. However, everyone received a wrist band that is a sign that they are dreamers and not doubters.
By God's guidance and grace, the Joint Service ended successfully and everybody proclaimed that they are dreamers that will be a miracle worker for the Lord.
